Annual Meeting

The Rochester Section of the American Chemical Society is incorporated in the State of New York. Our bylaws stipulate that we hold an Annual Meeting for our members.

The Directors shall hold an Annual Meeting of the members…at which they shall present a financial and organizational report of the Section…. This meeting shall be held no later than the end of the first quarter of the year….Bylaws of the Rochester Section of the American Chemical Society
Bylaw IX – Section 6

At this meeting, we intend to accomplish the following:

1. Provide the members with an update on the state of the Rochester Local Section.
2. Report the results of the audit of the Rochester Local Section finances.
3. Provide attendees with an opportunity to network with other members.

Previous Meetings

Past examples of Annual Meetings include dinner with a keynote speaker, distillery talks and tastings, and tours of local wineries.
