Outstanding High School Chemistry Student Award

Every year the Rochester ACS gives awards … to really smart high school students studying chemistry.

2025 Announcement

We are pleased to announce that the Rochester Section of the American Chemical Society is recognizing outstanding High School Chemistry Students through their awards program. There will be no in-person awards ceremony in 2025. Teachers are encouraged to distribute certificates as part of their local awards ceremonies or during their classes.

As in the past, the Awards will recognize the top 10% of students in Honors, International Baccalaureate, Regents and General Chemistry, as well as the top 20% in Advanced Placement Chemistry.  All students will receive Certificates of Achievement at their High School. Contact the ACS for certificates for your students and school.
