The Rochester ACS Section would like to recognize this year’s local participants in the U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO), a multi-tiered competition designed to stimulate and promote achievement in high school chemistry. Nearly 16,000 U.S. students participate in the Local Chemistry Olympiad competitions. The top scoring students advance to the Olympiad National Exam in mid or late April with the opportunity to represent the United States at the International Chemistry Olympiad to be held July 10-20.
